Ground-floor showroom style artist and maker studio spaces available in our beautiful, renovated factory building. Opening , R.H. Smith Mercantile embodies studios, a curated marketplace, event spaces, and co-working areas, and will also feature CoCre Cafe. Our ground floor makers/artists studios present the opportunity for creation space plus retailmarketing, and can benefit from the daily foot traffic from visitors, retail customers, and events.

Creating a space for exploration and advancement in all arts is what the R.H. Smith Workshops & Stage will grow to be. Our spaces will provide a safe place to connect one artist to another, provide inspiration, and foster the creativity that lies within each of us. Guidance and advice from mentors, along with a place to showcase and sell ones work, will cultivate the next generation of great artists and give them a sense of family and community.
